Hi, and thank you for visiting my website! If you’ve made it this far you’re probably struggling with either your own or your child’s sleep (even both in some cases!). I am very happy to help, however you need to come and find me at my new home at The Sleep Project!

At the end of 2020 I found myself so busy I was struggling to take on all the clients who needed help, and I hated saying no to people who were really desperate – the lack of sleep causes a feeling of true desperation and despair.

I love sleep and it has always been my mission to improve sleep for everyone, the young, the old and everyone in between! But I also knew that I wanted it to be accessible to everyone and not just a luxury. As such I started to brainstorm ideas on how to help more people without losing the quality and most importantly the support that people need when having sleep problems.

That was the start of The Sleep Project. I joined in partnership with two doctors who are specialists in adult and teenage sleep and we started to design online programmes so we could continue to help even more people. I am still doing bespoke programs and 1:1s but now I also have cost effective options for people with digital programs that really work. Come have a look at our website. I am proud to say we have great sleep solutions whatever your age, your sleep problem and your budget.

To book a 1:1 consultation with Polly or someone else on the team, to see our digital sleep programmes, to download our free sleep tools or just have a good nosey around our new adventure come and see us at www.thesleepproject.life
