Sleep is fundamental for physical and mental health in both children and adults. I believe that every child is not only capable of good sleep but deserves it to be the best version of themselves.
I am aware that every child is unique and all parents are different, therefore no one solution will fit for every situation.
I use evidence-based methods, to develop a personalised and holistic sleep plan that will provide you and your family with all the tools you need to help your child learn independent sleep.
With my guidance we will work towards long-term solutions using non-traumatic methods which will help you achieve your sleep goals for your child.

Polly was incredibly patient and insightful and she allowed me to see through the noise to focus on the important issues that were stopping my baby from sleeping through.
